I am not condoning your son's PVP behavior, as it was unacceptable, but if you are working with a PVP, and you need to book something immediately for whatever reason, and your PVP isn't available, put a HOLD on the cabin you want as opposed to booking it yourself. That gives you time to connect with your PVP, who will get credit for the booking. If you book online they don't get credit, which is why your son's PVP didn't want to answer questions about it. Still unacceptable behavior. 😎

We will be on with you. We were originally booked on the two cruises before this one, but the cabins that we were reassigned to were not "comparable" so we decided to cancel those and book this one. Better ports and $1000 cheaper than the B2B. Carnival also transferred our non refundable deposits over to this cruise, so we are happy! See you on board! 😎

Agreed! People, myself included, love the live reviews because they can communicate with someone actually on a ship in real time. I find that a good portion of the very good live reviews are done by solo travelers. I know it wouldn't work for me. After the second or third time saying to Patti, "hold on a second, I have to post this picture ",or "wait, I have to answer this question", I would be in the doghouse! Happy wife, happy life! 😁

Have you considered doing "after the fact" reviews? We love doing them as it helps us to relive our vacations. We could never do a live review because of the reasons you gave for not wanting to continue doing them. 😎

When this happened to us with the Mardi Gras, it was 25% of the base cruise fare, not 25% of what you had already paid. 😎

Completely understand. When our Mardi Gras cruise was canceled, we had to push rebooking back two years since we had other cruises already booked, and then Covid happened. 😎
