Cruise Personalizer Question

Does anyopne know how long it takes you booking to show up in the cruise personalizer portion of your "My Princess" page.....:confused:

Bob, our past bookings (when booked through a TA) have taken as little as 15 minutes to as much as two days. ;)

Mine have always shown up within the first hour after booking, usually a matter of minutes. I book it myself directly through Princess.

Around 1 to 2 days.

Ours usually show up within 10-15 minutes - we book directly through Princess so this is probably why it is so quick.

We booked on Friday and it was up by Monday. However, we were able to access the booking immediately with the booking number, but clicking the link that says "Don't see your booking here".

I agree, you can pull it up with the booking number even if it doesn't show up for a day or two.

then I went directly to the Personalizer, with passports on the desk I was surprised to see Princess already had it entered. Our next of kin was there too. So nothing to do but print the cruise ticket & luggage tags when the Caribe BA showed 2 days later.

 

So I am ready to party for my 60th on the first sea day with Meet & Greet on Crown 4/24/10 from FLL.

My TA booked my 2011 Europe cruise today at noon. I used the booking number she gave me to get into the booking on the Personalizer and it was all there within 15 minutes.

Interesting... I see no next of kin info pre-entered in any of my upcoming cruise Personalizers... :confused::confused::confused:

Normally I get it within 30 minutes, but some cruises have taken a day. If your concerned, no problem with calling your ta or princess, just to make sure all is ok.:)

There is a place for an emergency contact, and if they are related to you, but no next of kin on the princess personalizer. And the one thing the personalizer does not do is transfer that information over to the next cruise. It must be filled in each cruise just in case it changed. ;)

I have always checked online with Princess as soon as I hang up from booking with my travel agency. Using the booking number given to me by the TA, I always find the booking there immediately.
