It feels like only yesterday they were heading out on the great adventure ....now they are almost to the point where if we look towards the horizon we will see them ....:D:D

The reality of this cruise coming to a close real soon will be setting in ......which means Joanne that the next worldie is yours.........;):D:D:D

I see from Bridgecam on DP ye olde seas are getting a little choppy as the DP approaches the 'shaky isles' of NZ. Bit of rock and roll to help dance to the Beatles Tribute band who are back on board. I read in a blog of one pax who had put on 10 kg during the trip, I reckon some who hit the buffet 24/7 would have put on more than that.

I've just received an email from our friends on board.

They were saying the sea was the roughest they have encounted on the World Cruise coming into Auckland. Many were sea sick.

Even the crew needed sick bags....

Hope it improves on the way back.....because the Tasman Sea is always a bit dodgy....

I am looking at her right now as I post.

How wonderful for her to sail past at cocktail hour.

Raising a glass and toasting all on board.

She looks lovely....a white ship..mirrored on the horizon.
