Roadtripster Posted June 8, 2011 #13 Share Posted June 8, 2011 Yep, another Dog lover here. Wish there was a dog cruise. Would be on it in a heartbeat. In a suite too! The dogs rule the bed and they would want comfy and big. LOL Oh, and Diet Mt. Dew!

Happy ks Posted June 8, 2011 #15 Share Posted June 8, 2011 I miss my own pillow and the coffee we make at home. We no longer take the kids (they are too old to want to travel with us) and we do miss them, but they are busy with college and jobs. We text them often, we do miss them but after the last cruise we took them on...we decided for all our sakes it was cruel and unusual punishment for all of us to vacation together. tip Posted June 8, 2011 #19 Share Posted June 8, 2011 A daily newspaper. We used to enjoy The New York Times via fax, but now most lines have cut it out as a so-called cost saving measure.
K&RCurt Posted June 8, 2011 #20 Share Posted June 8, 2011 On a cruise I am either too busy or too relaxed to miss anything! When I get home, however, I miss being on a cruise ship!
Imagineer Posted June 8, 2011 #21 Share Posted June 8, 2011 ...while cruising, nothing at all, absolutely nothing at all... ...when on land, in many port stops, the main 'missing item' according to my wife, is a decent restroom, bathroom, washroom, WC, or whatever you want to call it... cheers, the Imagineer

griffy116 Posted June 8, 2011 #23 Share Posted June 8, 2011 Our mini-doxie named Sawyer :(. I know he will be having fun. He will be at a "doggie spa" enjoying time with his twin brother (who lives with my daughter), but we will miss him. Other than that, if they would allow us to stay on the ship and keep cruising, we'd let them sell our house and furniture and all the belongings left at home. My daughters and my only grandchild will be on the cruise with me so if they will allow the dog to come onboard, we'll be just fine without our house, etc. :D
