New Concierge Lounge hours??

Last week on Jewel, the Concierge Lounge cocktail time and the evening Diamond Event were held only from 5 PM to 8 PM instead of the usual 8:30 PM. Has this become the norm fleet-wide? We had a new concierge (new to the Jewel), so I thought it might just be her preference.

Haven't heard of or experienced that. All of our cruises where we've had Concierge Lounge access has been until 8:30.

On the Jewel last week, was second seating at 8? If so, that may explain it. If not, it remains a mystery.

On our Freedom Cruise in December the hours in the CL & DL were 4:30 to 8PM because First Seating was at 5:30.

6.00 - 9.00 on Legend last week but that's probably because it's sailing in the Med when the dining hours are later.

Our recent Navigator cruise had CL hours from 4:30 to 8 because first seating was at 5:30. :)

Just off the Enchantment on Friday after 4 B2Bs. All DL & CL cocktail times were 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Dinners were 5:45 pm and 8:30 pm.

Got off the Grandeur on Friday...CL and DL hours were 5:30 - 8:30; dinners were 6pm and 8:30pm.

So why didn't you ask while on th ship?

I did, but she said it was fleet-wide, and frankly, I didn't believe her because she was new. Responses show I was right.

We were on the 5/2 Jewel cruise. the CL hours were 5-8pm. I wondered about that but we go early. I was thinking that those on the 8:30 seating might not like it too much
