Cotswold Eagle Posted November 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2013 We have mentioned this in a couple of other threads, but it probably deserves more prominence as people plan for next summer. The new Terminal 2 at London Heathrow opens on 4 June 2014, which will trigger a new round of airline moves during the rest of the year. Most involve moving within the central area (T1-3), which don't greatly impact transport and accommodation plans, but there a few involving T4 and T5, which are located at different extremes of the airport. The list is here: http://www.heathrowairport.com/flight-information/airline-moves

Loracpin2 Posted December 15, 2013 #5 Share Posted December 15, 2013 Thanks so much for the link. So glad United is moving. Our son used to live in the UK and we always arrived and departed from the very last gate at Terminal 4. It was a verrrrrrrrrrrrrry long walk.
