Good Morning - I can't believe that it is December already!!!

 

Today I am up 2# ... We've had guests here all week and have had a lot of dinners out and I haven't been to the gym ... New week starting!! I know I will be down next week!

Jan ~ you're allowed a little leeway after all you've lost! I see you're going on NCL Dawn again, me too but not to Bermuda.

 

Did anyone see the TLC show last night about the 1/2 ton woman? How does anybody get that big?!:eek::eek:

 

I'm down 6/10 lb which is amazing since I had a Christmas dinner yesterday at the Legion & a special dessert for my birthday yesterday. I'm still 4/10 lb higher than my previous all time high.:(

No change here. I saw the doctor Tuesday and was released from restrictions, took a five mile power walk yesterday, but felt blah this morning and didn't do much of anything today. Off to physical therapy tomorrow to try to get these hamstrings under control so I don't get yet another injury.

Oh, I'm all about the beaches and snorkeling! It's about 20 degrees here and snowing right now. I'm sooooo looking forward to this cruise. :)

Down 1lb more to 192, a little frustrating as I thought I did better. No complaints as long as there is progress every week.
