We've had guests here all week and have had a lot of dinners out and I haven't been to the gym ... New week starting!! I know I will be down next week! I see you're going on NCL Dawn again, me too but not to Bermuda. Did anyone see the TLC show last night about the 1/2 ton woman? How does anybody get that big?!:eek::eek: I'm down 6/10 lb which is amazing since I had a Christmas dinner yesterday at the Legion & a special dessert for my birthday yesterday. I saw the doctor Tuesday and was released from restrictions, took a five mile power walk yesterday, but felt blah this morning and didn't do much of anything today. Off to physical therapy tomorrow to try to get these hamstrings under control so I don't get yet another injury. Autocorrect responsible for most typos...
