Maasdam is so much smaller than Nooordam.

 

Maasdam is 720 feel long and carries about 1266 while the Noordam is 935 ft. long and carries about 1900

Severe weather report for much of the South East starting tomorrow and through Wednesday. Forecasting ice, sleet, snow all the way down to the Gulf in NW Florida. Very rare for this area, many closings and chance for wide spread power outages. The area does not have any snow equipment so should be interesting.
