Jan_In_Maine Posted April 3, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 3, 2014 I am up almost 2 pounds ... my own fault, this is a difficult time of the year as it is very busy at work and I'm putting in way too many hours (with lots of frustration) ... I also managed to eat a lot of ice cream last night!!! We've had rain here, which is wonderful - it has melted a lot of the snow ... hopefully we won't get any more (snow that is!). Since we have to do this "eat right..exercise..drink water.... Should be an every day thing but we make mistakes. We're human..there will be ups and downs. And a lot of stay the samer's WE JUST WANT MORE DOWNS! WE WANT TO LOSE! WE JUST KEEP TRYING..NEVER GIVE UP! WE CAN DO IT! As I say all this..have to report .. I'm a stay the same this week. It's nice to hear everyone's encouragement & share their up-n-downs! I started wearing my pedometer around this week & it's made me conscious I need to take more steps!
