I thought it had to be faxed, unless they lose it and you have to call. Then they'll have you email it while they are on the line.

According to the info sheet at carnivalcorp.com, fax and USMail are acceptable.

 

Free fax is available online at faxzero.com or others.

 

US Mail also works.

 

Some have tried and succeeded with email, others not so much.

I thought it was by FAX onlyl, but the form clearly lists an email address for the form. I did both...maybe i'll get double OBC! s

E-mail as an option was eliminated about a year ago.

 

My guess it is to prevent a computer virus getting into their computer system if someone sent an e-mail with a virus included.

FYI, just to clarify, Carnival Cruise Line does not offer any stock. However, Carnival Corporation & Plc, which owns Princess, Cunard, Holland America, Carnival, Seabourn, etc. does.

U use the US mail and have had no problems getting the credit. True, it take a little more time than hours but as long as you send it in a timely manner, you won't have a problem.
