I have had a busy week (wow - do I ever hate having to re-lose weight ... could kick myself, but oh well!). I have been stripping walls of 6-7 layers of wallpaper ... up and down step ladders --- then last night I spent 2 hours at the gym. No snacking this week ... and (sort of) counting calories. Congrats to you losers & Happy Mothers' Day!:D I'm up another 6/10 pound & am just 1 pound less than my all time high!:( I'm going to have to get serious about losing weight & doing more exercise as my blood tests show I'm pre diabetic & I sure don't want to have that problem.
