Beverage Package in Horizon Court

If we are eating in the buffet, will wine and other alcoholic beverages (ie Irish coffee) be available? If we want specialty coffee, do we have to get it from the coffee shop or will it be available in MDR/buffet?

The wait staff in the buffet will be able to get most of the drinks, not sure about the specialty coffees.

Most all beverages are available from wait staff in Horizon Court. Wine by the glass, cocktails, soda, beer, all available. It will take a few minutes for them though, as the wait staff has to go to nearest bar to get them. So be patient. Specialty coffees like lattes or the like - have no idea. Probably easier to bring with you, but worth a try. Just be prepared to wait a bit for them...

We also had no trouble getting wine by the bottle (we had a wine package) in the Ruby Princess Horizon Court last fall.

The Royal and Regal have espresso bars on the Horizon Terrace and in the Pastry Shop, so my feeling is that you could get coffee drinks in the buffet on those ships.

The Pacific and Ocean have a bar at the Panorama Buffet which was open at breakfast. When I ordered specialty coffee or hot chocolate for breakfast at Sabatini's, the waiters had to go down one deck to the bar at the buffet to get them.
