I called and got a partial answer from a club Royale agent.  My offer (yours may be different) is for an inside cabin, “free” for the first person and at a casino discount for the second person. The discount depends on which cruise i select. There is a list of eligible cruises, mostly 4 or 5 days. cruise dates in June, July, or August 2019. Only one cruise out of Bayonne.

The agent said that the listing on clubroyaleoffers. Com was an early notice of the offer and that i should be getting an email or a letter with the list of eligible cruises. She also said that she was not allowed to send me a copy of the list.

The agent was very friendly.

I called today too and was told mine was for a balcony cabin and there were no cruises out of Bayonne.   They mentioned Enchantment, Grandeur and Mariner, there could be more. Did they tell you what ship was out of Bayonne?

I’m Signature and never receive any free cruise offers except those I get on cruises.  Guess they know that they’ve already “got me” and don't need to give me anything.  Before the new program, I used to get them all the time.

I'm sorry, not Bayonne, Baltimore. Grandur out of Baltimore, at the end of August.

Yes I called again today and nothing out of Bayonne.  The only offers I've ever seen out of Bayonne were for the Golf Outings.  I asked when I called and was told it was because Bayonne sailings always sell out.

I just booked, my H19SUM2 was for a free interior. My husband's offer was H19SUM3, which was free for him and casino rate for 2nd person in an interior cabin. Weird offer, but I was able to combine our offers for an additional $50 off my upgrade to a JS!

I booked the SUM3 offer yesterday.  We chose the 4 night NAV 7-1.  The offer was for both of us for a comp balcony which I upgraded to a GS. She also asked me if my husband had received the offer (which he had not...and she showed that he was not on the "list" for this offer) so I assume that we could have combined the offers if both of us had gotten it but apparently I was the only one [of us] that got this offer.  It worked out great....will include the 4th of July, so we are happy.

Laura's SUM3 is the BOGO version. Mariner most likely

That's so odd. I have never heard of this before.  Are they suggesting that you could opt to just do a solo or are they forcing you to add a second person at a different rate ?  Very strange indeed.

I went back and looked at my offer again.  I originally gave the wrong code.  My offer code is H19SUM1 (I put SUM3 in my OP).  It is definitely for 2 people though.

The CR agent that did my booking did say that the NAV has all new slot machines....not that I play slots.  I am really looking forward to sailing on NAV since she was amped.  The photos I've seen of the new pool area are incredible.  It looks like an entirely different ship than the one we were on for Thanksgiving last year !
