But for us, our offers aren’t even showing up @ clubRoyaleoffers.com.  We’re just NOT getting our offers at all.   Maybe there aren’t any.  I find that hard to believe but maybe we just don’t rate any offers.  I’m tired of calling them.  Not booking anything now anyway so it’s not a big deal but I just want it straightened out.

Hard to understand why Royal has such a problem with emails for couples. I have stopped calling about it, I just try and check the Club Royale website every Monday to see if there is anything new. But I do get my offers from time to time through my postal mail.

We also check the site from time to time(when we remember), and after a cancellation to see if there are any sub ones under our reservation #. But so would prefer emails. And yesterday, we just got a regular mailed flyer for this

newest offer 21RCL502.

That is weird that you are not getting any offers. I think that club royale made a mistake somehow with your account.

I found that offer on the website but did not get a mailed flyer yet.

I think so too.  Our move (from VA to FL) probably didn't help either.  For now, it's fine b/c we're not booking anything but once things start moving again and we find out what will happen with us non-vaxxers, we will move forward.

New labels for people: smoker or nonsmoker, dem or repub, cruiser or noncruiser, working or retired, vaxer or nonvaxer-LOL!

We stopped getting snail and email offers.  I filled out the promotional mailing offer form online and submitted it and received an email back with a request to call in to clear up our profiles as we had the same family email address on both and that had stopped our offers.  I called late in the afternoon and got an excellent rep who was familiar with the profile and offer process.  In less than ten minutes he modified our emails and updated our mailing address as we just moved a couple of weeks ago.  Now I will wait a week or two to see if I start receiving any offers.  Pre-COVID, I was Signature and my wife was Prime.  I had emailed my "assigned CR rep" a month ago and all I got was crickets.  So much for his service.

When did they reduce the length of the annual tier comp cruise from 8 nights down to 7 nights ?

My tier comp cruises have all been 8 nights in the past. Now they’re telling my TA that the annual tier comp cruise cannot exceed 7 nights.

I’m trying to convert my 8 night SY Aug cruise to use 1 of our 4 annual comps and they are saying “no”.  I did see that the rule state 7 nights on the website...but it had always been a max of 8 nights previously. Just wondering when it changed.

same thing for us last summer, except i dont use the casino, just my husband. we had shared an email acct . found out that he needs to have his own email to get royal casino offers-they think I will steal them away from him?? so now we have 2 different accts, but he is still not getting any emails, & I am getting all the Royal marketing sales emails. But they said last week that they are working on it , now fixed, & he should get his emails soon. hear that many couples are having problems getting their offers.

Its only changed to 7 nites because if the CDC rulings from Nov.'20 still in effect. They said that cruises cant be more than 7 nites, until this ruling expires Nov1'21. So maybe it will change later on, or sooner now with all the changes they are making for vaccinated people.

Speaking of 7 nights, and the CDC dictates. There are still longer cruises listed on Carnival. I have not checked Royal lately.

We had a Panama Canal booked last year for Dec 2020. Of course lost it. We had the Carnival offer for Panama Canal late Dec 2021. Still on their website last week.

I am not sure about that really making. This is so frustrating.

they cancelled the cruise that I used my 2020 annual comp on but I was able to re-book it in late March and switch to an 8 night southern caribbean itinerary.

So, can you use this for every code in the future-just put in the new code at the end of this link?  But actually when I clicked on each one -they all came up as the 501 offer. We also dont usually get emails from Royal - but this time we got it as an email from our casino host for 502.

Whoops! I edited the displayed text, but left the URL for each the same. Yes, just changing the URL in your address bar should work.

Yesterday, a casino royale agent told me that the 2021 tier cruise use by date had changed to September 30,2022.  Today, I called to book an August 2022 cruise and was told that the use by date is still March 31, 2022.  Tomorrow, i will call again.  I'm going for the best 3 out of 5. 😊

We rarely get casino emails.  I check the clubroyaleoffer website at least once a week to see if any new offers are there for either of us.

We have been getting all the offers via snail mail about a week after they post online.

The clubroyaleoffer site says ours expire march 31st 2022.

It is fccs that must be used by sept 2022, maybe the casino rep was confused.
