If you are on Easy Walk-Off you will be carrying your own luggage so don't need to have it put out.

I want to say 9PM officially but they keep collecting till 11-12, but not 100 percent sure.

Some time after midnight. If I recall correctly it is 2:00 a.m.

11 pm - midnight (different documents have different times).

It varies from ship to ship but usually about midnight The earliest we've ever had to put it out was 9:30 pm, the latest was 1:am but most frequently was midnight.
