julie_shannon Posted February 20, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2016 I've looked all over RCI's website and I can't find anything that explains how long we will be docked in each port. Is there some way to get that information?
sparky-elpaso Posted February 20, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2016 The itinerary for your cruise will have the times listed - along with whether or not you're docked or tendered ashore.
paul929207 Posted February 20, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 20, 2016 I would think that the itinerary would be on their website. If not, check with your TA

Wear a watch, and keep it set to ship's time. Do NOT rely on your cell phone's clock, as it may reset itself to the local time of whatever port you're in. cb at sea Posted February 21, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Your intinerary will tell you...it's there, on the website somewhere!
GUT2407 Posted February 21, 2016 #7 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Your itinerary will tell you. But deduct half an hour o get off the ship and another half hour as you need to be back on board that long before sailing.
Clarea Posted February 21, 2016 #8 Share Posted February 21, 2016 (edited) I've looked all over RCI's website and I can't find anything that explains how long we will be docked in each port. Is there some way to get that information? You have to click on "Learn More". This will show you each day's itinerary. In small print, right under the "Day 1", "Day 2", etc., you will see the time schedule. Edited February 21, 2016 by clarea
Rare Keith1010 Posted February 21, 2016 #9 Share Posted February 21, 2016 As others said look at the itinerary which will show arrival and departure times for the ship at each port. Normally you will be off the ship within 30 minutes of arrival time and must be back on board the ship 30 minutes prior to departure time. Rare Hlitner Posted February 21, 2016 #10 Share Posted February 21, 2016 There is another important issue which is whether (or not) you are tendered into a port. Tendering operations can take hours to get everyone ashore and vastly reduces the actual tour time in many ports (this is especially true in some European ports).
