Had the foot fused [emoji30]. Daughters are thrilled with many pairs of Ferragamos, several Pradas, etc. they're so glad that we all wear the same size & I still get to visit my shoes [emoji849]

After recovering from a month's worth of Planter Facitious (sp) I have recently purchased at least 7 new pairs of Vionic shoes.....I am now so passed

any heels:eek:......thankfully my foot is better and Vionic makes some VERY

cute and supportive ballet flats:)

 

Every time I try to post a photo lately it doesn't come up correctly:rolleyes:

If it was me, I'd hold onto ALL of them, and see what you can still use. Just because you bought NINE pairs of shoes :eek: doesn't mean you MUST get rid of any ;)

The shoe itself is cloth. The bows are patent leather (or something like it). Here's a picture I got off the internet that shows them better. I found these on a sale rack at Macy's.

Those are so cute they look almost 1940s with the pattern platform and heel

 

they could almost go with my dress :)

Can't believe how many more of you have joined us..Welcome one & all.. My computer was down & today just got out our bags & going over the shoes I have to take on this cruise..We leave in 10 days have been really busy the last few weeks.. Can't believe how time got ahead of me....

 

I'll be back later tonight to welcome you individually, but still have to continue to read all of your posts..

 

But happy to see that you all keep up on the latest shoes..I'll be back in about an hour..

Since I last posted so many more of you have joined our club..Just finished reading all your wonderful posts & love all your shoes..

 

We're leaving for the Panama Canal in 10 days & I started listing my shoes.. Unfortunately, I can't wear heels, but have lots of cute sandals, small wedges & flats..Still holding on to some of my fav. heels though..This is the first trip that I'm taking without a NEW pair of shoes..:eek:

I have been MIA on this board for a while, popping in every once in a while. But I finally got through this thread and have found many kindred spirits here! I LOVE shoes! My husband says I found a closet with a house around it when we bought this house 6 years ago. When we moved here, I counted shoes as I packed just for fun, and had to stop counting at 200 pairs because I was scared he'd ask how many I had - and I could honestly say that I didn't know...... That didn't count any boots or flip flops.

 

Since I haven't been working in an office in 4.5 years, I haven't really bought many new heels in that time period. But I have collected sandals like nobody's business! I wear them in the winter as well, mainly around the house, but sometimes I like to freak people out at the grocery story (though this fall/winter hasn't gotten cold yet here).

 

I did just buy this pair that I'm really excited about because they can be on the dressy or casual side:

Hi Shoe Divas! I am in the middle of deranged packing…:) and I am really really trying to reduce my shoes… (to only three pairs of evening shoes) :D So I am having difficulty deciding between two pair. They are the identical shoe, but one is shiny pewter color and the other silver sparkly…

 

They are peep toe pumps. I am thinking that that the sparkly shoes may overpower my cocktail dresses maybe…

 

But two of the dress are single colour with a small sparkly detail either on the belt or the shoulder… so I thought the sparkly shoes would pick up the sparkle…

 

But I have an organza skirt that is this sort of pewter gold iridescent colour that I am wearing with a strapless black satin top… so I think the sparkle shoes would be too much for that. But I could wear my black satin shoes with that instead of the peep toe ...sigh

 

shoelemma :)

 

(I would not wear either pair with my long evening gowns only with my cocktail dresses)

 

What do you guys think?
