Mariner of the Seas overboard - rescued after 38 hours

Ya know, I'm twice this woman's age and not a great swimmer, but I can swim and float. I've actually fallen asleep floating in my son's pool. I ended up with a severe sunburn on my face and shoulders. Of course this wasn't for 38 hours in 65 degree water with a possibility of sharks.

I can believe 8 hours in the conditions she was in, but she had to be picked up much sooner than what the story says.

Something just doesn't add up!

+1, if it happened, someone can't do math and the number of hours is way off.

I agree......it's not like she was six feet tall. Glad she's OK.........sounds like she won the gold medal!

I'm 6'2 and had stood at that railing on two Voyager class ships. She would have to climb up and then lean over.
