Champagne Cruiser Posted November 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2016 How do I access the new deployment schedule being released on Tuesday for Captain Club members. Is it as easy as logging in first and then the new deployments show up or do you have to somehow do it through a Captains Club website? Thanks. FlorenceItaly Posted November 28, 2016 #3 Share Posted November 28, 2016 (edited) Same here. I am really hoping they have an 11 night Pacific Coastal itinerary similar to the one in May of 2017. dkjretired Posted November 28, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 28, 2016 You should get an email if you've signed up for them. I always do when they announce new deployments.

ECCruise Posted November 28, 2016 #9 Share Posted November 28, 2016 My tack is simple. 1) Sign in to my CC account and look at the itineraries, if available. If not, 2) Call my TA and let her access the itineraries. BTW, rollout schedule is: Tomorrow: Alaska, Hawaii, Pacific Coast and Europe. 6 December Panama Canal, Australia, and South America. 13 December. Asia, Bermuda, New England

BTW, rollout schedule is: Tomorrow: Alaska, Hawaii, Pacific Coast and Europe. 6 December Panama Canal, Australia, and South America. 13 December. Asia, Bermuda, New England When I called this morning, the captains club asked me where I got the info that the roll out it tomorrow. He said they have no knowledge of it. So where did this info come from? In the past, I received an email from Captains Club, several days before, letting members know that the pre sale will be available for members. No such email has been sent.
ECCruise Posted November 28, 2016 #13 Share Posted November 28, 2016 Original information from Future Cruise people on Silhouette a week or so ago. Confirmation from TA a couple minutes ago. =X= Call center, like =X= web site, is clueless.

ECCruise Posted November 28, 2016 #15 Share Posted November 28, 2016 Any dates for the Caribbean? No idea, since that schedule came from our TA and she knows we have no interest in the Caribbean so likely did not forward it.
ECCruise Posted November 28, 2016 #16 Share Posted November 28, 2016 So hopefully this means TA's will also be tomorrow?????? Usually TAs are rolled out with Europe. Other repositioning are rolled out in their respective regions, e.g. Asia, OZ, SA.
norwegianwood57 Posted November 28, 2016 #17 Share Posted November 28, 2016 If your TA has it, then I dont know why Celeb Captains Club is sooo in the dark and so cagey. But where is the pre sale notification for members? Maybe the whole members idea is no longer in play.

Over recent years, sometimes the new releases have been available online if you log into your Captain's Club account but, on other occasions, nothing is available that way. There was even a release a few years back when I (people in the UK?) could see the releases online but Host Andy (people in the USA?) could not. BTW, rollout schedule is: Tomorrow: Alaska, Hawaii, Pacific Coast and Europe. 6 December Panama Canal, Australia, and South America. 13 December. Asia, Bermuda, New England The Caribbean? But where is the pre sale notification for members? Maybe the whole members idea is no longer in play. The CC agents aren't being cagey and they are in the dark. They are usually handed the info for the new deployments on the morning they open up. It can be just as frustrating for them as it is for those calling in on the first day. norwegianwood57 Posted November 28, 2016 #20 Share Posted November 28, 2016 (edited) Ok Ok dragon flame me not! The TA's must have gotten it from someone. Now who could that be? Edited November 28, 2016 by norwegianwood57
dkjretired Posted November 28, 2016 #21 Share Posted November 28, 2016 Where would I sign up for this....I've never gotten an email about new deployments... I don't know what to tell you, I've been getting the emails for several years, probably clicked a box somewhere at some point. I usually get them for the CC specials, not only deployments. ECCruise Posted November 28, 2016 #22 Share Posted November 28, 2016 Ok Ok dragon flame me not! The TA's must have gotten it from someone. Now who could that be? The TA's contact point(s) at the company are not the same as what you would have access to. They have their own web portal. They are not going to call the Captain's Club to see what the offerings are.

Yes of course, but the reps on the phone should be able to have access as well so as to give accurate information, since it exists, instead of saying NO such information is available. Ok at least say this info is only available to TA's. That is much more honest than saying it does not exist at all. Anyway...we will all soon know what it up, what is new and what is same old, same old.
