Bottom of the barrel entertainment !

I felt I must share the great new game show we saw on Constellation last week. It was billed as ' officers challenge ' in the Rendezvous Lounge at 8 pm. Four ships officers against four guests, although it took a lot of persuasion to get anyone involved. The ' challenges ', wait for it ... Stacking paper cups up and taking them down, flicking paper cups upright on the table and who could unroll a roll of toilet paper the fastest ! I kid you not, this was evening entertainment' at its best.

We have a very popular late night talk show here in the states called the Tonight Show, and the host, Jimmy Fallon, often has this type of game he plays with guests.

These games are usually fun, but if you have a stick-in-the-mud crowd they don't go over well.

I agree. Plus the personalities (sense of humor) of the contestants/players doing the games makes a huge difference.

Just confirms our love of dining late (usually after 8) so we miss out on these "fantastic" games.
