I was wondering on this itinerary, what night would be the 2nd formal night, 10th, 11th or 12th:

Day 10. They try to do them on a sea day, as so many people are out and about ashore on a port day.

Day 10 would be the final night of the cruise. Never ever seen a formal night on packing day on Princess.

Perhaps the responses meant to say January 10 (Day 8 of a cruise embarking January 3) which would be most logical--though you can't rule out January 11 as sailaway is early enough.

I'd go with the 10'th. This is always open to interpretation by the captain.

Thanks. I was leaning toward January 10th. But wasn't sure. Will be renewing vows and was asked which date I'd like. I figured a formal night would be a great choice since I'd already be dressed up :D
