Just me or do the ATS balconies look very small?

 

Doesn't look like enough room to place a lounger let alone a table and chairs.

Most of the money to build Wonder came from European banks and entities, like all of its recent ships.

I first thought they have a new suite area like The Haven (NCL) or The Yacht Club (MSC) but actually it looks more like a bit revamped suite area but all the stuff is where it used to be... maybe a litte move of some areas like the suite restaurant plus adding an outdoor space. Suite sun deck seems to be on top of the Solarium including a whirl pool and bar. But no enclosed suite complex like the others have.

I'd guess more interior space, less exterior space. This ship was not designed for the Caribbean market.

Correct.  The deck 17/18/19 suite neighborhood is new and unique to Wonder (so far).

Now the question that comes to mind...

 

The renderings above with the plunge pool are part of the deck 18 suite neighborhood but what about the traditional deck 17 forward suite sun deck found on other OA class?

 

It still shows this area on the deck plans but isn't labelled.
