I guess it works on Odyssey since the Teen inside area is in the same vicinity so consuming the suite sun deck for teens on Odyssey can be explained.

 

Perhaps they'll do the same on Wonder yet it appears there is a bar on Wonder deck 17 forward so maybe this is just an area we'll have to wait and see how it develops.

The bubble textured glass looks a bit funny, like it doesn't fit the entire aesthetic of Wonder. Maybe it'll look better when it's complete.

It’s probably polycarbonate. It’s a lot lighter than glass.
