My C&A letter I have from my recent (March) cruise does say it's offered on 5 nights or more cruises.

 

And correct the new price is $34.99.

Just ask you cabin steward. Standard turn-around time is two days, so day 2 or 3.

Could just be your cabin steward didn't bother to put it in the cabin. We have had that happen on a 7 night cruise. They would have brought you one if you wanted it though.

It was listed on the C&A flyer they leave in the room under coupons. $34.99 bag is free for D+. You may have to ask them for the bag if it is not in your closet.

If it's not left in our cabin the night before it's offered...we have always asked...have never had it left in the closet...that's usually a dry cleaning bag (plastic) and not the same bag that's used for the wash-n-fold (paper).
