Post Cruise Survey?

We got the Ruby Princess on Saturday December 16th, following a 7 day cruise. We have not received the post cruise email with the survey; Usually it has arrived in my email before I can get home so I am wondering if anybody else has experienced anything similar:confused:

I checked spam before posting and again just now--Not there. I have asked our good friends that were on the cruise with us and have not heard form them yet.

We disembarked the Ruby on Dec. 9th and haven't gotten one either.

We disembarked from the Ruby last month on the 18th. The survey came soon after. Curious what is going on with the surveys.

I just talked with Princess rep (Courtney) and their records show all surveys were sent out on the 15th? She is checking further.

Last year I never got my post-cruise survey after our TA. Not in spam, just never arrived. My husband, however, got his right away, while waiting to disembark.

We did receive survey e-mail on Dec.15th for Dec.9-16 Ruby sailing.

We always get it a day or 2 later.

Got off the Regal Dec 10th and neither of us has gotten a survey. I always check my spam/junk folder too.

We got off the Regal on Nov. 12 and the email came at 4:17am that morning! ;p

We got our surveys for the Sun Princess on the day we disembarked Dec. 9. I just found time to take the survey and it took me over 2 hours. I really put a lot of info into them, plus I noticed they now have an Optional Comment box below the number rating sections to add information to. I made sure I answered thoroughly and commended several people on board. I hate they take me so long to fill out, which is why I put it off so long.;)

 

My advice, call and ask about it.

I called and asked--Last I heard Tuesday, Courtney (Princess) was looking into it and would get back to me. Surveys reportedly went out late last Friday before we were off the ship. Our friends filled theirs out while waiting to disembark. We have checked all spam and junk folders for both wife and myself-Not there/
