We are having a drink in the Aurea area and this gives an answer to what is European about the Seaside!

The vibe is an Ibiza style chill out bar! The music fits the ambience.......dbc754e8627caa7219bb20612625865a.jpg

If you get a chance can you post the brand name of the fruit syrups that they have available at the deck 8 buffet during breakfast? They have 4 types (cherry, peach, strawberry and blueberry or something) up at the wellness area and a couple other spots around the buffet. My kids liked that stuff on pancakes and I want to see if I can get it locally but I don't recall the name.

On Seaside in 2 weeks so are following along. Snowy morning here in Nova Scotia so can't wait to get some warmth! How is deck 19 lounge chair availability and drink service?

Lots of places to sit and sunbathe. Drink service very good. We hadn’t even finished our drinks before being asked if we wanted another.

Thank you so much for sharing your cruise with all of us. Enjoy following along. Would you mind reporting back what takes place during the Gatsby party?

Will try! It’s odd it’s the same night as elegant night and meet and mingle though!

Seems to me that 'Elegant' night would be the perfect night to have a 'Gatsby' party - wasn't he the very embodiment of formal attire wearing.

The wording on the daily planner I think refers to fancy dress though.

We have just got back from the Meet and Mingle party.

There was a good turn out but not the 100 plus who had registered for it!

Met Captain Massa he is lovely! He asked us if the service was good and if our cabins were ok.

Was funny though as we were still in our shorts etc and others were dressed in very elegant evening dress!

Plus a couple in 20’s outfits!

That is the problem having it at 5pm when the first dinner sitting is at 5.30!

We made sure we stood at the back for the group photo!

The cake they served was fabulous layers of a filo/ flaky type of pastry with Nutella and a vanilla custardy cream on top.

We also had canapés and chocolate dipped strawberries. Drinks were gin martini, aperol spritz, prosecco Or a gin sour.

Photos to follow as should have done this on tapatalk and forgot!

Yes we have the surfer package and yes seems to be easy.

Thank you for the live review with photos and

first hand experience.

The surfer package is priced PP (per person)

on MSC website. Do I have to purchase the

package for 2 person or can I share the package

with my DW ? We don’t need 2x 1.5GB.

Hi, i'm glad you are enjoying your cruise :) Can you please let me know which drinks are available throughout the day if someone does not have a drinking package. Are their any complimentary fountain drinks, any specific type of juices?

Is there a place where you can go iron your clothes? LOL

Thank you! Your feedback is much appreciated.
