Interesting picture of a nearly completed Club Continent Suite, interesting to see the location of the electrical sockets and for those of us in the U.K. the addition of a U.K. specification outlet [emoji16]

Great to see this photo as we are in the mirror image stateroom on the port side in October. Happy to see it’s recommended by Richard Twynam!

We recently stayed in 6005 on Quest and yes the cabin has a big porthole, although not quite as big as the photo of Pursuit's seems to be. It has much larger interior space as the balcony space is incorporated into the cabin.

Would I book that cabin again? No. The extra space is nice but the noise early in the morning from the anchor chain and bow thrusters would wake the dead!

We were in 6004. We liked the extra space and were not too worried about the anchor and thruster noises. However you could clearly hear the boom boom noise from the Cabaret Lounge rehearsals. Apparently the seventh floor is better. Also it looks like the wallpaper is the same dark grey/silver which makes the interior of the cabin very dreary. Should have been the cream colour as in the CC suites

Pam, we never heard any sounds from The Cabaret at all, yet the anchor and bow thruster noises in the early morning were unbearable. Guess it depends which noise is worse for you and if you are port or starboard.

Really looking forward to seeing the changes on the old Adonia.

The last time we sailed on her she was in desperate need of some TLC, think it had a cosmetic ‘spruce up’ before it went to Fathom but no real maintenance.

Thanks John...I presume it is John, for the Twitter pix of Pursuit. I don't tweet so it is interesting to see the progress being made.

Hi Lottie, yes ‘tis I [emoji3] here’s another one for you.

The #Cabaret Lounge has a new LED video screen so our #Enrichment can be in #HD #LikeDryDockButWetter

Hello John

I too would like to add my thanks for the photos you are posting. My husband does 'tweet' but, unlike you, he forgets to show me the photos so I rely on you totally for the updates!

Didnt notice LED screen on Quest. Is this a new addition ? If so I think that technology can certainly enhance a show - On Viking they are used to great effect.

From what I hear there will be a number of innovations on Pursuit that if successful will make it onto the other ships.

Maybe the LED screen is one of them.

I am wondering if there is any chance they could improve the dance floor up in the disco area, we found the tiled floor very sticky after the first day or two, they did try to buff it up but it didn’t seem to improve.

Wish they had the same floor as cabaret lounge.

This was the only tiny negative for us on our last cruise.

Well we weren’t mad on the content of some of the cabaret shows either, we are in our 60’s but Judy Garland type songs really don’t rock our boat.

We understand that they may bring back the dancers so that’s great news for us.

Loved our last cruise and really looking forward to the next one.

Interesting piece in the TTG explaining new destinations for Pursuit as well as the addition of “The Den” and British sockets in the rooms :D

Interesting article I saw on Twitter TTG visited last week, looking forward to seeing how “The Den” works out. I know not everyone will agree but have thought the casinos on Journey & Quest are wasted space given the intensive itineraries. Of course Pursuit didn’t have a casino as P&O had already removed it.

Three weeks today we will get the chance to view all the new changes, it’s going to be a very interesting cruise [emoji3]
