I noticed yesterday Pursuit has been moved and swung around 180 degrees in her berth adjacent to the ship yard.

Hi everyone,

 

On behalf of Azamara UK we would like to invite Le Club Voyage members who were unsuccessful and missed out on the 13th August visit to see Azamara Pursuit to visit her in Southampton on Tuesday 31st July.

The invitation is for a tour and lunch hosted by myself and the wider UK Azamara team. Please note that the ship will still have finishing touches being completed prior to her maiden voyage on 1 August, and as a result some public spaces or staterooms may not be accessible.

 

I trust this is good news as I am aware some of you missed out on 13th August as demand was so high. Spaces are limited so this is will be filled on a strict first come first serve basis, and is exclusively for Le Club Voyage members (with a plus one), which will be verified on booking. We also have some spaces available for our Belfast ship visit on 26th July, and would be delighted to extend an invite to our Irish LCV members here. Please be aware that this is a shorter visit consisting of a welcome talk and tour of the ship, but not lunch on this occasion.Click here to register

Same here with the tickets. No LCV details needed. Do you think email address gives them a clue? Will be booking train tickets and hotel shortly, so hope this doesnt go pear shaped!

We are the same, almost instant confirmation of the tickets, printed ours off and we are good to go.

 

I would anticipate a follow up soon with a request for ID details, parking etc.

We weren’t asked for LCV number but original notification said it would be checked. I assume on the day.

We are on the Iceland cruise in Aug, our roll-call is trying to find a place to meet, I think I remember something about the Sunset bar being eliminated, any suggestions?

Sunset bar area has not been eliminated, it’s just there won’t be a bar there, but I think it’s likely there will still be waiters taking orders.

A lot of the staff transfers from Journey and Quest took place over the weekend.

When we were on Journey in March, we met half a dozen staff who were transferring on July 1st.

There was an element of sadness in them all, however as soon I mentioned I lived in Belfast their demeanour changed immediately. Three times I was asked, "Where can I get good Guinness?"

The easy answer was every bar.

I think the work to get Pursuit ready to receive passengers is now ramping up as construction work is being completed. Richard Twynam just Tweeted the following:
