8:00 PM Departure - What Time is Muster?

I think I may have caused myself a dilemma. We are booked into the Pinnacle Grill at 6:30 pm on Day One. Our departure time is 8:00 pm. It has only just occurred to me that muster probably happens at 7:00-7:15 pm. Does anyone have experience with an 8:00 pm departure?

On a similar note, we are departing Hong Kong at 11:00 PM. If the drill is around 4:00, what happens if we are ashore and miss the drill.?

If you haven’t sailed out of NYC before, you don’t want to miss seeing the sail away views. I’ve sailed from NYC many times and it’s always a treat.

When this happens there will be some kind of "make up drill" for those who missed the normal drill. We have had this happen on numerous cruises that left at late hours.
