Thank you for taking the time to post.  Do you know who is your head waiter?  I will be on Caribbean Princess in Feb, just wondering if I will run into any of them that I know.

We will try to find out tonight as in CC dining. We are already looking for to our 2/23/19 cruise ourselves as it will be our 35 anniversary that week 😀💕

Gotcha.....if you haven’t already, refare the trip as it’s now part of the 3 for free sale. Glad to hear that you like he new and improved CB....it’s been years since we’ve been on her.

We actually booked under that once a year promotion the big online TA has and worked out well at this point. We got the ultimate beverage package, prepaid gratuities, one specialty dinner, and I think we ended up with a $200 obc before it was all said and done. Not found anything to match so far, unless we wanted to drop perks to save money. After this time onboard and seeing the changes, we are back to leaning towards that cruise as new places we have wanted to go

Between my casino discount, our TA’s discount and 3 for Free, we scored quite a bargain.

We look forward to finally meeting you on board, even though we are just a few miles down the road from you.

I’m glad to hear that you like he CB, as I based our decision to sail through the canal on the Coral based on your review.

Waiting around to exit the ship for the excursion and took a couple more pictures of the interactive displays. These are the AFT stairwells.

Things seem even to be working pretty well with the medallion. Internet has a few problems now and then to get connected, but fast when online.

We will try to look tonight if we go to the MDR. Any idea what new wines might be on there if it is the new list?

This is very kind of you. It might be easiest to check pricing on one I'm sure of.  The Hartford Court Chardonnay was around $42 a few weeks ago. The new wine list has it priced at $51 a bottle, no longer in the $45 limit for the gold wine package.

Thak you so much.

Not sure if there were any pictures posted of the medallion displays. A few here in the aft stairs area that show the new carpet and the two interactive displays.

If you click on the Shipmates circle, you can locate people in your party on the ship map

Paul was the head waiter for club class last cruise, and did an excellent job. Mirele was in Sabatini's for the Suite breakfast, and she was delightful, as were the whole team (Ana, Beny, and Cedrick (who went home)). Maybe Euzepio is there now.

Thanks for your review.  We will be on the Caribbean Princess in Nov.

How is this cruise director?

Steven did a great job. Lots of activities, even on port days. He also sang in the Piazza one day, worth coming out to hear. He had a very solid and varied team.

Thank you. We cruise in about a month and I'm hoping that we have just as wonderful experience as last time.

We have not been happy with Sabitini's for breakfast the past year.  They seem to switch the servers around.   Like you said, she was there the first morning then you don't see her for days.   It use to be like a family and we had fun joking around with the staff and other passengers.   Just not the same.   There were usually three servers  and the head waiter that we tipped at the end but with the new system, there are so many, that you don't know who to tip.

Tuesday morning walked show. We tried Steamers fried platter last night and enjoyed it. Started with Caesar salad with rolls, fried haddock, shrimp, fish cakes, fries and key lime cup for dessert. All was good except the fish cakes to me, should have been made smaller as inside did not seem as well done as should be. Have a couple pictures will show later. Plan on trying Planks one night too.

Heading to St. Lucia this morning.

Thanks for sharing the waiters names.  We will be on in three weeks and I like to have their names written down.   Am enjoying your live report.    A friend is on and says Paul is really great.

Paul is doing a great job in CC dining and glad to see it. He was in Sabatini’s early last year for breakfasts when we were on here and not real personal. Much better now and glad he is still around.

Loving your live from posts!  Can I ask a favor...if you have a moment could you do some pics of the balcony...also does it have a connecting door to the cabin next door?  If so could you take a pic of that for me?  We are looking to book a similar cabin on the Grand and curious as to what the balcony looks like and if there is a connecting door as friends will be joining us and we wanted to have it open so we could hop back and forth cabins without going into the hallway.

Loving all the pics along your journey..keeps my cruise blues at bay as my next one is over a year away...:classic_sad:
