canadianbear Posted November 9, 2018 #4 Share Posted November 9, 2018 Either spot is close enough to walk in the town. We’ve docked at both spots.

Homosassa Posted November 10, 2018 #8 Share Posted November 10, 2018 We docked in the ship channel inside the swinging pontoon bridge every time we have been on a HAL ship. However, last time (March) we were docked in the channel on the far side of the high bridge over the channel. Unless one was on a ship's excursion, we needed to walk back to the cruise ship entrance to leave the pier. It was about a five minute walk for those of us that could move at a brisk pace. Rare POA1 Posted November 10, 2018 #9 Share Posted November 10, 2018 @Copper10-8 If you have a magical way of finding out where the Zuiderdam is going to dock, I's like to know about Sat Dec 22, 2018. Thanks!

Thanks! Zuidy is scheduled for Mega 1 that day (the one on the right in the diagram, so the original Mega Pier, not the newer one. also known as the Tula Pier) Edited November 10, 2018 by Copper10-

Rare POA1 Posted November 10, 2018 #12 Share Posted November 10, 2018 Thanks, John! @Copper10-8 The OP wanted to know about February 10, 2019 and I sort of jumped in and asked about our sailing. Would you be so kind as to answer @carlyshenk about her sailing? I don't want to by that guy who hijacks the thread.

On 10 Feb 2019, Zuidy (81,769 GRT) will be in port with Norwegian Gem (93,530 GRT), a bigger ship so chances are pretty good Zuidy will get Mega Pier 1 and Gem Mega Pier 2 (Tula Pier)
