Trouble Reaching Azamara

I have gone on 3 previous Azamara cruises and have two more planned.

 

All of a sudden I cannot get hold of Azamara on the phone.  It is always high volume  and after 15 minutes I hang up.

I never previously had this problem.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

My TA was having the same issue, finally got a call back in the past 1/2 hour after trying 3 times

My guess is that they are sharing agents with the larger cruise lines.  Thus, Azamara gets lost in the shuffle.  They need more dedicated agents for Azamara. Have never had this problem with any other cruise line. And I’ve been booking cruises for 20+ years on all lines. Great response once you get through, but unacceptable response time.

You are not alone Shoalgirl.  I tried 3 or 4 times to call with a special needs question and could not get through. Then I followed their advice and emailed my question about 3 weeks ago. After a week of no reply I tried calling again and left the phone on speaker while I did some work and finally got to talk to a nice lady who was able to answer my question and help me out.  Not a really great start to my first Azamara experience but hopefully the cruise it self will live up to the hype.

I do apologize for the slow response time some of you have experienced. This problem will be fixed soon! We are bringing on more CS agents to handle the increase in demand.

Yes, They are in Wichita now.
