Shoal Girl Posted December 3, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2018 I have gone on 3 previous Azamara cruises and have two more planned. All of a sudden I cannot get hold of Azamara on the phone. MomC Posted December 6, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 6, 2018 My guess is that they are sharing agents with the larger cruise lines. Thus, Azamara gets lost in the shuffle. They need more dedicated agents for Azamara. Have never had this problem with any other cruise line. And I’ve been booking cruises for 20+ years on all lines. Mr. Click Posted December 6, 2018 #6 Share Posted December 6, 2018 You are not alone Shoalgirl. I tried 3 or 4 times to call with a special needs question and could not get through. Then I followed their advice and emailed my question about 3 weeks ago. After a week of no reply I tried calling again and left the phone on speaker while I did some work and finally got to talk to a nice lady who was able to answer my question and help me out.
