Huge sense of entitlement and very immature! He appears already to be a damaged individual.

His lack of judgement and recklessness at that age will follow him his whole life thanks to social media.....I like that part.

Probably won't be laughing in the future but will say he is 'really sorry'. 😒

So it sounds like he was climbing around the partition that separates the balconies?  The headline makes it sound like he was standing there minding his own business, lost his footing and went overboard.

Correct.  I actually made a comment to the exact same point in the comment section of the article.  I hate headlines like that.  Misleading only to lure readers to click into the article.  ...and if you don’t click into it the reader is misled about the real occurrence.

Should also bill him for any expenses regarding his rescue.

Any couseling for paxs that were on that side to see this idiots thrill seeking prank! He is beyond lucky that it was deep enough & no rocks! It would really have sucked for him if his legs went into the bottom with force & broke the body in 2! Good job on Royal for banning them.

Just watched the video one of them made after the event and as they were escorted off the ship.  They still think it was funny.

Did anyone else want to give them a damn good slap and yell 'grow up' ?  FFS they are not children.

They (and others who behave irresponsibly) should be banned by ALL cruise lines and I might even consider throwing in ALL airlines as well.  That would teach them a valuable lesson.

I wonder if they had the drink package!    (kidding, there isn't enough alcohol in the world to get me to do that. )

I am curious how they monitor a lifetime "no cruise" list.  Especially considering how unreliable their website is.  Any ideas?

They enter the name on their "no-cruise" list in their mainframe reservation system preventing that name from being booked.

I don't know who looks/sounds like the biggest idiot...the moron who jumped or the ignoramus with the moronic sounding giggle.

Thank goodness RCI banned all these idiots for life.  I have a feeling their neighbors are also rejoicing.
