Your last picture is looking aft above the pool bar in the area that would be the indoor pool bar on her sisters.  You can see the gondola of North Star above in it's parked position.  I don't think that is where the screen is claimed to be.

In your other photos yes.  It appears the renderings show an outdoor screen in the covered area forward of the pool in what would be the indoor pool area on her sisters.  Green arrow below.

Good to know. Another mini mystery solved.

Hmm, I looked up this ship on a certain online TA website that give stats to all lines. This ship has over 1,000,000 LESS square feet of surface aboard, and yet is show as holding 200 more passengers than Allure Of The Seas. Allure new seemed crowded. This one look likely to be. JMHO.

The site is mistaken.  Allure has greater passenger capacity.

OK;

Allure: 4,593,690 sq ft with 5484 standard guests

Odyssey: 2,458,080 sq ft with 4198 standard guests

This according to site offered above.

Both are huge, but Allure almost twice the floor space on 18 decks as Odyssey on 16 decks, with only about 25% more guests. I tried to say Allure never felt crowded.

My math was just multiplication of L x W x Decks. Anyway you look at it, both are impressive examples of that old 'Jaws' line "we're gonna need a bigger boat".

That metric is a bit misleading, a slightly better measurement, is the space ratio (GT/passengers), which is 36 for O class and 35 for Q class.

Across multiple cruise lines we see time and again that you can not simply boil it down to a space ratio equation.  Some ships flow very well and other ships are poorly designed.

A larger ship with a poor design does not equate to a better passenger experience.  I'm not saying that Allure is poorly designed, far from it, but other cruise lines have large ships that don't work nearly as well as Quantum class.

It's about a lot more than simple math can represent.

Tough as leather,

The (black) screen is just barely visible in these two photos below base of the North Star.

But will cruises ever be at full passenger capacity again?

Me too! Four recumbent bikes, woot woot! 🤗

I didn't see any rowing machines, which probably mean they have those horrible Merax waterrowers or the Stamina X ones versus even a  WaterRower A1 waterrower and certainly nothing along the lines of a Concept2, the best of ergs.
