I'll look for her. It was to dark to get pics of Mardi Gras parade into port this morning.

Oops, she's here now😁

Very hazy horizon

Welcome to America

Has anyone pulled up Odyssey for this month/July in the app recently?  Very interesting.  Test cruises/non rev cruises then July 3 she's showing the same itinerary that Indy has for that same week, minus La Romana.  Same days in the same ports that I have on my July 3rd Indy out of Miami that has yet to be canceled with 29 days to go.  The plot thickens, hahaha.

Welcome home Odyssey

and hide from the governor while you are at it.  Ha ha ha.  Follow the mouse ships or the ones with red tails.  ha ha ha.  sorry in a giddy mood as I watched Odyssey being born in Germany and now she is home by way of Israel.

Well, holy moly, looks like I'll be moved automatically from my sailing Indy on July 3rd over to Odyssey.  WOOHOO!  Now fingers crossed this really is happening (not just for me, but for poor Odyssey who hasn't caught a break yet).

I pointed that out about 10 days ago that it was on the App with all the ports identical, except for Fort Lauderdale being substituted for Miami.  Then when the Indy took off to Galveston a few days ago, I had the suspicion that the Odyssey would be taking over the port berths for the Indy this summer (no way both of those ships fit into Aruba and Curacao at the same time).  Today what I was suspecting came true.  What we were not expecting (but were hoping for) was that RCCL would move our Indy reservations to the Odyssey.  All of us booked on the Indy seem to have lucked out.

I thought it would be appropriate to come back here and add some comments as I just returned today from an 8N sailing on Odyssey and first time on Quantum Class. Yes it was great. Thanks to @Ourusualbeach for all your insights and help.

The fascination all started fo me back in 2013 when @Pomperaugrr started the Quantum Keel Blocks thread, then to be joined by others such as @Brian131489  @Mass2Cruise@Lloyd555 @Tough as Leather , and several other contributors.

Back then I never imaged booking an aft view cabin. So when @Lloyd555 shared some of these images of the final Odyssey block being put into place, I never thought my cabin was part of that. Thanks to a great TA for getting me a great booking on Odyssey and I got some later luck with RoyalUp to score this Suite.

Many thanks Lloyd for all the photos you have shared over the years.
