How do you Buy Carnival Beach towels?

Recommended Posts

So, I had intended to buy a couple of the blue carnival beach towels on my recent cruise, but forgot.  I went to their website afterwards, but I can’t seem to find them.  There are some kind of cheap printed beach towels on the FunShops website, but not the sturdy blue ones they actually use on the cruise.  Can these only be bought while on the ship?

Why buy one?   There are dozens of them left unattended on loungers throughout the ship.

This literally made me laugh out loud!

But, please, don't do this. You can buy brand new ones while on board.

Oversized logo beach towels are provided in each stateroom for guests to take ashore. If you wish to purchase the beach towel, the price is $22 USD. Serenity logo beach towels are also available for $22 USD.

You get a free towel, someone else gets an open lounge chair? Win-win.

Well, hypothetically.... if someone were to find an unattended towel, just trade it in for a fresh one at the hut with the color of the finder's choice. Lido=Blue, Serenity=Yellow, Havana=Tan. But you would also need to be a little stealthly and stash it promptly upon returning to you cabin, hypothetically. Because a smart cabin steward would see an extra towel and snag the extra(s). If you're gonna cruise, dont forget to bring a towel!

I wouldn't want to bring home a used towel, probably been used by hundreds before me.  But I've gotten towels similar in feel and quality as the Serenity towels from the casino as a comp gift, and I think they are way softer and nicer to use than the blue ones.

But to each his own.  JMO, YMMV.

My room steward said I didn't return mine I was billed 44 dollars :classic_blink:. That's one way to buy towels ;). I had to call and explain that I never used them during the cruise after I got the email saying " to avoid further collection efforts" . Carnival should issue them just like the robes. They would find that many people don't even use them and save all that money laundering towels that were never used.
