Hot Topic in US right now

Just curious - why post this under the title of 'hot topic in US right now' as opposed to 'Question about CDB oil and cruising' or something like that?  This way you'd immediately get the attention of people with knowledge of the subject.

Have not heard  much in US news reports about all of this,  so not sure if it is really a hot topic generally

 

  More likely  it is of interest to those who use or sell the product, not everyone!
