Off on QM2 this Aug . Is it still Twining’s Tea they serve in the King’s Court?

They are the only line I’ve experienced which has ANY Lapsang Souchong.  I’m not that picky about brand.

I haven't seen Lapsang Souchong the past couple of times on QM2, at least not where one can select their own tea (there might be a wider selection in the galley).

I suspect, if you ask for LS in your cabin, they will supply it.

It’s been a couple of years since last Cunard sailing, but they seemed to have a broad selection - including decaf and herbals.

Yes, there is decaf English breakfast for certain and perhaps earl grey.  The English Breakfast changed from the Red Packet (common in the US) to the Gold/Orange packet but still Twinnings.
