SMAJ Posted July 31, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 31, 2019 Hello, Can anyone kindly tell me what the luggage allowance is sailing QM2 NY to Southampton? We are only doing the crossing, no flying involved. Many thanks in advance.
MCC retired Posted July 31, 2019 #2 Share Posted July 31, 2019 You will get more answers on the Cunard Forum . A reasonable amount of luggage/size and must be kept in your cabin but I suspect that you wish exact restrictions? Contact Cunard .
TheOldBear Posted July 31, 2019 #3 Share Posted July 31, 2019 There have been threads started by folks relocating, and bringing lots of luggage [more than will fit under the bed in a Britannia class cabin] Cunard does have per item weight limits on checked luggage - but not on the number of items

cb at sea Posted August 2, 2019 #5 Share Posted August 2, 2019 Most cruise lines allow 200lbs per person.....so really, there is not a limit.
john watson Posted August 2, 2019 #6 Share Posted August 2, 2019 I think you will find there is an individual weight limit per suitcase as staff need to lift and handle safely. The cabin steward needs to service the cabin so you cannot completely fill the space. I have heard people say they have taken 12 to 14 suitcases. Obviously you will be wise to check official sources. Once heard of a lovely lady who routinely booked the World Cruise on the Queen. She would book two adjoining cabins, one for herself and the other for her clothes. Sancho_proudfoot Posted August 13, 2019 #9 Share Posted August 13, 2019 I've seen people checking in at the port with three trollies of suitcases EACH (say 15 or 16 cases between a pair). Royal Caribbean say 90kg btw
