JKrise Posted September 2, 2019 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2019 DW and I w?ill be on Insignia in Nov. Does any one know the brand of bottle water offered on board Insignia? Thanks in advance.
Classiccruiser777 Posted September 2, 2019 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2019 I’ve seen several different brands including Pellegrino. The ship also makes its own water, sparkling and flat, both of which we found to be good.
Jim and Monika Posted September 2, 2019 #3 Share Posted September 2, 2019 We saw True and another brand I can't remember.

Which is what we'll be drinking. I'm so glad they're doing that.

For branded waters across the Oceania fleet (available on request at no extra cost), there's Pellegrino and Perrier. Otherwise, the standard water supplied everywhere on the ship is now Oceania's onboard production of both still and sparkling water using the additional Vero purification system and glass bottling. For shore excursions, generic bottled water in plastic is still provided.
Mura Posted September 3, 2019 #6 Share Posted September 3, 2019 Does the OP want a particular brand? I doubt that will happen. I can say that for our many cruises (less than 20 but pretty close!) we've never had a problem with the bottled water that has been offered. Neither did we make note of the brand ... For what it is worth it has been still water. Sparkling IS available on the ship but that's not what they provide for people leaving on a tour. And we've been happy with ship's water as well. edgee Posted September 4, 2019 #9 Share Posted September 4, 2019 Brand has always varied by ship location. On our 2015 Marina TA from Canada to UK the crew evidently pulled out their Costco cards, as ship was stocked with Canadian Kirkland brand water.😄

I just mentioned that the water (as indicated by labeling on the bottles) came from a Canadian Costco store.
princeton123211 Posted September 4, 2019 #12 Share Posted September 4, 2019 On Insignia last week the brand they gave you going ashore was Ice Mountain but onboard the only thing available now is the Vero in the large glass bottles from a still standpoint-- no more individual sized still water. They still have Pellegrino and Perrier for sparkling at the bars.
arl_nocaps Posted September 5, 2019 #13 Share Posted September 5, 2019 On board Indignia now Nestle pure life given when leaving ship— can bring to your cabin. Vero water tastes terrible to me and get Evian at dinner. Sometimes Crystal bottles both good so no problem arl_nocaps
