1.  I second UDSpud's 'daily sheet' suggestion.  A favorite hotel in Sausalito does this and it's a nice touch.

 

2.  Non-beef or pork breakfast sausages, such as chicken, turkey or plant based.

I believe they do have turkey sausages.

We're staying at a cute little motel in Southern Oregon tonight and they have signs up that smoking isn't allowed anywhere.  Not outside even.
