ckick3 Posted October 1, 2019 #1 Share Posted October 1, 2019 (edited) Looking for a hotel in Fort Lauderdale that has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 6? Prefer free breakfast and maybe an airport shuttle. Reasonably priced. Edited October 1, 2019 by ckick3
shofer Posted October 1, 2019 #2 Share Posted October 1, 2019 Embassy Suites might be your best bet. Go to their website or call them directly.
capriccio Posted October 1, 2019 #3 Share Posted October 1, 2019 The Fort Lauderdale official website has a listing of hotels - use the 2 bedroom units filter: https://www.sunny.org/plan-your-trip/cruisers/cruise-hotels/
Rare JamesEM Posted October 1, 2019 #4 Share Posted October 1, 2019 Another vote for Embassy Suite on 17th St.
cruiseapril Posted October 1, 2019 #5 Share Posted October 1, 2019 Embassy Suites or check the Hyatt Place on 17th also.
PEBBarney Posted October 1, 2019 #6 Share Posted October 1, 2019 The Doubletree Gallery One has true two bedroom rooms with separate baths for both bedrooms, and a community living room with a pull out couch and a efficiency kitchen.
CruisinNana Posted October 6, 2019 #7 Share Posted October 6, 2019 I have stayed at Gallery One several times in the two bedroom suite. More than enough room for your family.
blizzardboy Posted October 17, 2019 #8 Share Posted October 17, 2019 Residence Inn in Plantation. About 7-8 miles inland. Good shopping and restaurants in the area.
windango Posted October 20, 2019 #9 Share Posted October 20, 2019 I'm also interested in a 2 bedroom suite option but am having difficulty finding one even when using the links others provided. For those who have stayed in one of these rooms, how far out did you have to book? Do you recal the approximate rate?
galelynn Posted October 20, 2019 #10 Share Posted October 20, 2019 Also try Staybridge Suites in Plantation.

windango Posted October 20, 2019 #12 Share Posted October 20, 2019 Or cruise isn't until Nov 2020 but I randomly picked dates throughout 2020 and was unable to find a 2 bedroom available. Maybe I need to all the hotel directly? I was hoping to compare amenities and prices online.
BlueHerons Posted October 22, 2019 #13 Share Posted October 22, 2019 What time of year and what do you consider reasonable?
Rare cwtravel Posted October 22, 2019 #14 Share Posted October 22, 2019 - Hyatt House FLL Airport/Cruise Port has 2 bedroom suites & shuttle service to/from airport and ship (for a fee to ship) - Homewood Suites FLL Airport/Cruise Port also has 2 bedroom suites with shuttle service (fee to cruise port) - Embassy Suites does not have two bedroom suites & sleeping 6 would, in my opinion be tight. No shuttle service for free - Hyatt Place does not have two bedroom suites I and my family have stayed in all four properties along with the Doubletree. I generally stay at the Hyatt House, good breakfast and comfortable rooms. All with two bedrooms are priced about the same most of the time.
