Car service reccomendations

I’m coming t town on Thursday before a Saturday cruise. Staying a a friends home who is out of town. Need transportation from their home to port  looked at one car service and cost was 140 dollars. LSDS gave me a quote of 40 dollars. They only live about 15 minutes from port. Anyone have any experience or reccomendations?

Florida is a large states with many ports so please as others said provide more specifics including port and also town you will be staying at.
