They have a storage area. They tag your bottle with you name and folio number

when you get to YTD just tell the waiter that they are holding wine.

Exactly.  We were not at a particular table as we were signed up for 'anytime dining'.

We do this too.  To consume in our room, obviously 😉

I had read about this and was going to try it. However, I wonder now about asking the waiter for at least 1/2 off a second bottle that night, so I can have white and my DH can have red? Then take what we don't finish back to our rooms?
