Correct, the $59 I quoted was put on my invoice by our TA and was direct to Heathrow. I had him take it off when I told him we were booking the excursion to the airport including Stonehenge.

If I want to take a Princess transfer from Southampton to Heathrow or Gatwick,  what's the earliest flight I could safely book?

 

(Transfers are not on my Cruise Personalizer, my TA is off for the weekend, and Princess is not answering their phone.)

You don't say which day of  the week you will be travelling, but normally any time after14:00 will be fine.

So 14:00  would be a safe bet. Weekends will obviously be quieter.
