Yeah, last time we were in Gloucester we flew into there instead of RIC or ORF.

I think that is true but most Princess staff try to avoid confrontation. So they will only react if someone complains about it.

Sometimes (most times?) not even then.

I've complained a few times about rule breakers and all I get from the crew is a shrug.

Churchill's is small and nothing but cigarette smokers, impossible to enjoy a cigar. 

This has been the only spot available so has become the  defacto spot.
