Just find your cruise, look at Excursions for that cruise one day at a time.  Shows excursions for that cruise. You can also look under manage your cruise.

We haven't booked.  That's the problem.

On Regent website go to the cruise and hit header/ tab ...whatever it is called for excursions and click.  Then pick a port.  It should show you what type of things have been offered in the past.
We do not cruise Regent for the excursions but general experience and excursions are just a bonus.

It also depends on how far out the cruise is...excursions often aren’t posted until maybe 270 days out and even then they can sometimes change.

If the cruise you’re looking at is way in the future you can look at a similar itinerary closer to today and see what’s available.  Cruises way out can be a bit tougher to research...I feel your pain as we’re looking for excursions for a cruise in late 2021 right now.   🤪

Go to the RSSC webpage and "find a cruise".  Look for a cruise with the same or similar itinerary to what you want.  If you are looking for say 2021, you may find a similar one in 2020.  Select the cruise and below the map will be the itinerary.  Click on any day in port and the list of excursions will show up.  There is no guarantee that these will be the same on a cruise a year later, but these will give you an idea of what the excursions are like.
