Tipping at All Inclusive

Is 20% of overall entry cost customary for tipping at places such as Mr. Sanchos and Paradise Beach (with AI option)? Will we only have one waiter while there (going to Paradise Beach, if it matters). If we are doing an add on like parasailing do we need to tip those folks too?

At Nachi, is it fair if we tip $1 per drink?

We usually tip 20% of the admission fee, so $10-11+, per person at the end of the day. I also give a few bucks to the bartenders at the swim up bar who let me practice my Spanish.

Tipping is up to you - $1 per drink all day is fine.  Always have had great service there plus good food and drinks.

We also always tip at the end of the day at an AI, or at a PAYG location we usually run a tab and add tip on after check.

It is usual at a Mexican beach bar to have a dedicated server but as always tipping is entirely up to you - i am sure any, and all,  tips will be appreciated.
