Cruise Pier to Cane Garden Beach area

What’s the approximate time to travel from NCL cruise ship pier to Cane Garden Beach via taxi?

We did that last Fall . I believe the trip was @15 to 20 minutes each way The fare was a fixed price of $ 8 each way .

It's a very windy crazy drive.  I thought it was more like 30 minutes.

Its somewhere between 15 and 25 minutes, up and over the spine of the island.

There are a couple routes from Road Town. When we've stayed at Heritage Inn/Banaakeet we'd see the safari taxis with 20+ people coming up Windy Hill Rd through the switchbacks and I'd take a video of the people enjoying the ride. They took the south shore west to Zion Hill Rd which has a smaller hill and along the north shore. Others will come up the other way. Either way you will experience the hill and dropping into CGB. Both options are ~20 - 25 minutes with gorgeous views, shared taxis are $8/pp each way as indicated...There are also private sedan and van taxis if you prefer, prices should be the same published fares but we've not used them because we rent when staying on Tortola so cannot confirm...

Recently spent the day here.   Yes very winding ride up and down.   Great views though.   Much more crowded then last time we were there and surf was quite rough.

Yes we've stayed in CGB in May and the sea was extremely rough. Other times it's been like glass...

Are there taxi waiting to take people back? Or do you have to tell them a time to return to pick you up?

Several safari-type taxis will show up to return you to the pier
